Those looking to possibly compete in local shows can visit any location.

Nutrishop offers free off season diet plans to any current nutrishop customer.
You will be given customer type "team nutrishop"

During your offseason you will get 15% off nutrishop approved products (protein excluded) athletes must use NS approved supplements.

If you choose a show that is within 30 miles of any location nutrishop will pay for 1 entry fee per show.

Nutrishop has many top coaches that can help you with your last 8-10 weeks. Compensation between the coach and you are your responsibility but we will provide names of coaches we trust.

Nutrishop can also provide info on posing coaches and tanning facilities all set up by you.

If you work with team nutrishop for three months or more during off season you will be eligible to enter any local show representing TNS
(This means you can not join TNS 2 months before a show, but be at least 3 months out)
